Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the smooth running of various processes and projects across the region. This is a high-visibility role requiring interactions with Senior Management for the provision of reporting, data analytics, sales incentives, tools and processes and other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised and have a keen eye for detail. Accuracy is a must, as are good communication and people skills.

Competent with day-to-day use of Salesforce.com, BI tools and SQL (Teradata) to develop reports, dashboards, ad-hoc queries and analytical models.

Responsibilities:
Automating, standardising and streamlining reporting and commission plans wherever possible, using Salesforce.com, Excel and SQL. Push strategic decision making to the next level by providing data and insight in support of our sales management team's decision making processes. Working with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Managers to design and implement incentive schemes and reporting. Manage roll-out of all sales and cross-departmental projects/tools. Responsible for sales projects/tools adoption. Project managing other processes and projects as they arise. Supporting the Sales team with various tasks and projects.
Requirements : Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Business or numerate subject. Advanced Excel and a working knowledge of SQL. Experience working with a CRM system like Salesforce is preferable. A proactive person who can succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. A strong problem solving ability. Business acumen: operationally focused but with an eye on the top and bottom line Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An aptitude dealing with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies. Ability to rapidly grasp complex business issues and to provide strong advice to leadership. Experience working with Sales people. A strong attention to detail and ability to cope with complex data sets. Has business acumen: operationally focused but with an eye on the top and bottom line. An organised and disciplined personality, able to deliver to non-negotiable deadlines.
