Sales Operations Analysts - new roles

Britvic has embarked on a significant change programme which involves the setting up of a Shared Services model to support the Customer Sales team. The Sales Operations team will take ownership of key commercial activities and processes in close conjunction with the Sales team including co-ordination of new account openings, customer price file management, gift & sample orders and POS orders.
Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Analysts will be responsible for the day to day timely and accurate completion of commercial activities and processes working closely with the Field Sales team and other commercial functions
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in a Shared Services environment as well as a background in customer service. You would be expected to have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems within a blue chip environment.
