- Manage and deliver all KPI’s and performance metrics through Personal Leadership, embedding learning and ensuring all sales and service targets are achieved

Key Stakeholders;
Stakeholders within site and across support teams. Key internal stakeholders to run site
- Customer experience Design & Delivery
- Quality and Complaints Resolution
- Planning, HR, Training Facilities, Recruitment
- Employee reps, CWU and Prospect – managing the relationships on site
- Local Government

You'll have the following skills & experience

Functional knowledge;
- Operational Contact Centre Knowledge and leading and managing large sales teams delivering excellent business and people results
Business expertise;
- Good knowledge of BT Consumer products and services
- Ability to identify and articulate the value of our products, services and solutions to the customer.
- Experience of driving operational plans and priorities to success
- Ability to identify, deploy and manage the right resources across an operational centre.
- Lead the review, analysis and interpretation of sales trends for ensuring the delivery of sales and commercial KPIs.

- Leading and managing large teams in a contact centre environment
- Sales and Sales leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Excellent Organisational ability
- Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain a detailed focus on operational metrics
