Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support are working with a leading name in the construction industry as they appoint an experienced Sales Negotiator to take the lead on a brand new development in South Yorkshire.
The core purpose of the role is to promote the business to the highest possible standards whilst working with customers in a face to face capacity to recommend products best suited to their needs.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Achieve sales targets in accordance with company requirements -Greeting and qualifying customers -Recording customer information -Customer follow up -Price negotiation -Promotional activities -Checking advertising for position and accuracy -Market research and competitor analysis -Record full customer details at reservation -Track and record sales progress -Weekly and monthly management reporting
Key Skills Required
-At least 1 year of experience in a similar role -Excellent communication skills -Self starter, able to work unsupervised
