LOCATION: Sheffield (S9), South Yorkshire

JOB TITLE: Sales & Market Support Executive

SALARY & BENEFITS: Circa £25,000 p.a. (After 6 months’ employment, we also offer a health cash plan, private medical insurance and life insurance)

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am – 4.30pm

THE COMPANY: An exciting opportunity for a sales support role with my client, a medical device manufacturer based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. They provide technology devices and consumables for healthcare professionals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling all incoming calls with some outgoing calls to existing customer base
• Analysing sales data and relaying findings
• Regular liaison with the sales team
• Process potential sales leads
• Keep all contacts up to date in customer database
• Send samples to customers when required
• Manage regular mail shots/campaigns to existing customers
• Update company social media accounts


Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the roles: -

Key Criteria’s:
• Previous experience in a Digital marketing role and developing/managing marketing campaigns will be a distinct advantage
• Familiarity with and good knowledge of digital and online marketing methods, Mail chimp. etc.
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Highly motivated
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sage software ideal but not essential
