Sales & Marketing Manager
Countrywide Land & New Homes, the UK`s largest specialist agency of its type, has a vacancy for a Sales Manager based within the Manchester area.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales revenue through managing and driving sales from manned sites to ensure all budget sales figures are met. Working with the branch network to identify and maximise sales opportunities will also be important.
Knowledge and experience should include Estate Agency understanding and familiarity, New Homes Developer experience or relationship experience, Local market knowledge, Basic land transaction knowledge, HR process/policy understanding, Business to Business experience/exposure and a customer focussed approach.
Key skills should include strong leadership and the ability to inspire others, ability to handle difficult customers/conflict, analytical skills, planning and organisation to manage volume tasks, influencing and selling skills, business report writing, IT literacy, the ability to manage own workload, great communications and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver solutions.
