Salary - Competitve Depending on Experience

Our client specialises in the design and fabrication of their patented Subsea/Offshore Cold Cutting Saws. They provide green decommissioning solutions, improving safety, efficiency and environmental impacts and they have developed the world's fastest pipe coating removal system and it has been designed to remove all types of protective coatings.

They are now looking for an ambitions Sales & Marketing Executive and the successful candidate will work with the Sales team to identify and make contact with sales leads as well as manging after sales service.

The role will focus on supporting the sales team on all sales and marketing aspects of the business, in particular sales emails, phone call, meetings and market research and marketing activities but also attending conferences, running events and ad hoc project management.

The person appointed will be a self- starter as there will be a high degree of autonomy over the work day with as much support as needed from senior management in all areas.

There will be regular international travel (with paid expenses) to customers and events.

The successful candidate will be joining a small, established team and therefore they are looking for someone who fits into their culture of a friendly, ambitious team and who wishes to grow the company at a fast pace and has a desire to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Example tasks and areas of responsibility:

Undertake market research, identifying potential sales channels and customers for review by senior management

Making cold calls to sales leads

Managing active sales leads

Preparing marketing materials

Preparing and executing marketing plans

Managing social media channels strategy and content

Supporting management in sales calls and meetings

Undertaking client visits in person and cold calling in person to sales leads

Managing customers during after sales lifecycle

Assist new business quotation activities including liaison with the engineering department to ensure technical feasibility

Organising, attending and exhibiting at conferences including being the lead on company stands

Essential skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Cloud
• IT savvy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports
• Comfortable with event work including being the lead person at exhibition stands and at marketing events
• Enjoys international travel
• Enjoys phone calls and in person meetings even when cold calling
• Clean driving licence and passport
• Professional demeanour
