£75k-£85k BASIC, £120k OTE (uncapped) + Car Allowance + Benefits
Our client, an established brand within the tech industry is, as a result of significant growth over recent years, introducing a new role within their organisation. They are seeking a director of sales for new business only. Managing a small team of new business sales professionals and with responsibility of strategy, go to market, lead generation activities and shaping their existing portfolio of solutions, this role will give the successful candidate freedom to act within the business. Our client has been offering IT services to major retailers and enterprise companies within leisure and hospitality for over 30 years. Their service portfolio has a plethora of IT services from fully managed right through to consultancy services. They boast many brand names as customers. To be successful in this role, you must have 3 years+ of leadership experience having managed new business, IT sales professionals into commercial, enterprise clients. This is a genuine, fantastic opportunity for someone to really make a difference within this business and carve their own remuneration in the long-term.
Candidate Skills Required:
- Proven track record in man-management of new business sales professionals
- Experience of driving sales teams into Leisure, Retail, Hospitality or similar
- Experience of selling IT services
- Capable of closing contracts worth in excess of £250k+
