Sales & Marketing Director - Hygiene Supplies/B2B Consumables
Salary: Basic Salary £50,000 + along with bonus and travel expenses
Location: London and Home Counties

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Director, who will be pivotal in driving profitable sales growth. This role offers the chance to join a progressive, well established business that has a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service.

We are interested in talking to candidates who have well developed networks in Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning, Managing Agents, Corporate and the wider commercial market.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
*Define market /new business opportunities, and develop and convert a robust pipeline of profitable business
*Work closely with the Board to develop the sales and marketing plan and optimise business growth opportunities.
*Ensure that both potential and new business are operationally viable and profitable.
*Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
*Drive professional representation in the market in a manner which is reflective of the company's values.
*Support bids and content for tender responses which are bespoke to the client requirements.
*Establish effective working relationships with a wide range of staff internally and potential clients to achieve optimum sales opportunities.
*Provide leadership to the Sales & Marketing team

Key Requirements
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
*Industry knowledge and experience ideally within Hygiene Supplies/B2B Consumables
*High-calibre strategic thinker, with measured problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills
*Strong influencing and negotiation skills
*Team player
*Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients (internal and external)
*Flexibility to travel as required
*Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing busy workload and multi-tasking
*Capable of leading a business into new services and markets - self-starter
*Presentable and conscientious
