The Role: Selling ceramic and glass tableware and cutlery into distributors who sell to hotels, restaurants and cafes, liaising with purchasing managers, and chefs. The Sales Manager will be given an existing account base to grow and develop but will also need to focus on winning new accounts, with both new distributors and end users.
Requirements: To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:
Proven track record in field sales
Sold into the HORECA sector or sold via distributors
A consultative, collaborative approach
Excellent relationship building skills
