Description

Sales Manager - Investment Management - Russian region

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the overall development and management of the organisation's business acquisition resources in Russia, the Russian market and the global expatriate community.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting regulated and unregulated products. The BDM will be working and reporting to the Managing Director.

The BDM will be based in London but travelling frequently to their market of responsibility.

  • Greek Property Investment Funds (Greek residency visa)
  • Cyprus Property Investment Funds (Cyprus Passports)
  • Trust and corporate services for investments
  • Immigration Services for investors

Target Groups and Propositions

  • HNWI - Investments into managed pool funds / investments
  • UHNWI - Bespoke investment t portfolio management
  • Agents - Agency agreement with introductory fees
  • Professional Advisors - White Label regulated jointly managed Funds
  • Professional Advisors - Trust, Corporate and immigration services

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Promote the Company's investment products to HNWI & UHNWI
  • Manage entire process from lead generation to closing investment transaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Investors to achieve defined sales targets
  • Work with Investors to understand their private financial needs and wealth management requirements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships in the Russian region with UHNWI
  • Aggressive sales plans to acquire large prospective clients through referrals
  • Ensure that clients receive an appropriate high standard of service and communication
  • Daily management of workload and communication internally and with the markets whilst ensuring timely delivery of reporting
  • Identifying opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in investment product sales
  • Presentations to clients and intermediaries informing them of the Investment products that are available
  • Daily recording of activities
  • Business travel will be required

Profile

Sales Manager - Investment Management - Russian region

Requirements

  • Strong business development experience
  • Strong presentation and client relationship skills
  • English and Russian Language Fluency
  • Financial / Investment education
  • Experience Financial services / Investment / property
  • Experience with promotional financial services in the Russian region
  • Worked in and / or familiar with the Russian region

Job Offer

A basic salary of £45,000 plus excellent uncapped commission.
