THE ROLE: As Sales Manager for a division of this forward-thinking business, your remit will be to sell a range of height safety products to both end users and distributors. Dealing with a variety of points of contacts ranging from Site Managers and Engineers through to Purchasing and Directors, your market places will consist of the utility sector, construction, Aerospace, Military and Automotive. Although you will be managing a base of distributors also, the main premise of the role will be to create demand with the end users, managing accounts and upselling your products within them. This is an exciting role where full product and sales training will be provided for the successful candidate. You will be covering the UK, our client looks for candidates residing in the North of England.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you must be able to show at interview that you are passionate about a career in sales and that you are highly motivated to succeed, driven, organised and a good communicator. Ideally you will have some level of sales experience at site level within the construction or industrial sectors - you'll need to be down to earn and an excellent, effortless rapport builder. Attitude is key here.
