Sales Manager, Financial Services and Investments, £32,000 Basic, OTE £60,000 uncapped. This is a people management role with a stable and cash-rich provider of Financial Services and Investment Solutions to an international client base.

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional, and people manager that has experience of setting up systems and processes yet is still very hands-on and happy to also make proactive sales calls. Your experience should be from selling professional business services such as recruitment, financial, legal or accounting services.

The role needs a true sales leader that is experienced in recruiting, measuring and motivating sales teams and has a proven record of increasing sales income. To apply, you will have at least one-year years' experience leading a proactive outbound sales team.

So, what's required:

* A minimum of 3 years sales experience in professional services with a minimum of one year in a sales team management role;

* A proven track record of meeting sales targets - your performance against targets should be detailed on your CV;

* Experience of setting up a sales team and putting in place systems, measures, procedures and key performance indicators;

* An ambitious and career-driven individual that wants to increase their earnings;

* Your style will be one that encourages, supports and promotes 'buddying' and getting the staff to work together and support each other to ensure that all goals are met. It requires a hands-on sales driver that leads by example and manages by measures.

* To succeed, you will be very commercially and sales aware, happy to lead by example and used to setting and managing by measures and key performance indicators.
