They have an exciting opportunity for a tenacious, driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join and oversee their hard-working and friendly sales department. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position previously with people management responsibilities and have a flair for building great working relationships with various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the creation and management of the business's sales development plan managing and delivering the annual sales budget. Identifying new sales opportunities and working collaboratively with the Marketing department.

Required skills
- Experience working within a B2B sales management position
- Ability to lead a team with a results-driven attitude to empower team members
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level experience of liaising with customers to foster positive working relationships
- Excellent IT skills, with sound knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience of managing and undertaking tender proposals
- Experience of having worked in a fluid power or process control role
- Driving licence with own transport
