THE ROLE: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full range of construction services and solutions. Selling to loss adjusters, Claims Managers, Divisional Directors and Area Managers you will inherit a large base of accounts and will also be responsible for bringing on new business to help grow client base. Clients will consist of large organisations where your name will already be synonymous with quality and success. You must be confident presenting to high level management and must be able to effectively build relationships in order to be considered for the role of Sales Manager. THE PERSON: To succeed in the role of Sales Manager, you will be confident converting new business opportunities within existing accounts, have great people skills and the ability to build senior relationships. What you have sold previously is not important, but you must have field sales experience and be able to effectively a manage a large patch.
