Robinsons Caravans is an established dealership with sites in Chesterfield and Worksop.
Due to re-organisation we are currently hiring for a newly created Sales Manager role which has been made available to work across both sites.
You will have a proven track record in sales management and working with a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Articulate and professional with a passion for customer service you are a highly motivated individual who leads from the front, taking ownership for site targets and revenues and ensuring optimisation of margins within all site caravan sales.
A motivator – you will be able to grow and coach an experienced and capable team that proactively engages with new and existing customers to balance the needs of the business with delivery of fantastic customer experience.
