SIG Plc is looking to recruit a driven Sales Manager to ensure that the Edmonton branch achieves budgeted Sales and Margin over the year.

What does the role involve?
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for assisting with market development and building customer relationships along with the issue and input of accurate sale orders ensuring target deliveries are attained.
You will manage the internal sales team and will continually be looking to increase operating profit by penetrating existing products and developing new sales leads through improved sales activity, methods and performance. A key focus will be to educate the sales team personnel by establishing training programs in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of high profitable products, multi product sales and profitability and to work with the sales team to ensure the delivery of quality customer service at all times.
To be a successful Sales Manager you will have ideally worked in an internal sales team environment and have experience of team management and coaching. You will need to be vocal and outgoing and will be expected to be a hands on manager, leading from the front to drive performance.
To apply, you’ll be IT literate and any construction product knowledge would be advantageous, however this is not essential as full training will be given. Most important of all, you’ll be a team player, who has the drive and desire to win!
