Sales Manager - Bolton

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager at their state of the art Dealership based in Bolton. Previous experience of a similar role within the Motor Trade is essential along with proven success in a fast moving, high volume environment.

• Salary: £30k Basic, £60k OTE (depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am until 7pm, one day per week 5pm finish, Saturday 8.45am until 6pm, Sunday 10am until 4pm, One rota'd day off per week, Every 3rd weekend off

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Driving Sales and maximising profitability
• Recruiting and selecting the sales team members in line with organisational requirements
• Training and motivating the team with daily and measured 1-2-1 review meetings
• Maintaining a motivated, productive and rewarded team
• Maintaining customer service standards and processes that are in line with Manufacturer standards and business requirements
• Managing enquiries and identifying opportunities to grow market share, long term loyalty and profitability.
• Creating high quality marketing and promotion strategies
• Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity
• Regularly communicates and interacts with members of other departments to develop the business and the business team ethos
