This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales manager to join a global, market leading distribution company, who are now looking for a Sales Manager to manage a small sales team out of their office in Greenwich.

Client Details

A global, market leading, distribution organisation.

Description

The primary responsibility for the Sales Manager will be to manage the internal and external account managers whilst working together towards corporate objectives. Further responsibilities include:-

  • Implementing and executing a sales strategy with a focus on account management and new business opportunities.
  • Working towards a budget with YoY growth.
  • Taking ownership of key accounts to ensure these relationships are managed, developed and leveraged appropriately.
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring the sales team in line with personal and professional objectives.

Profile

The successful Sales Manager will:-

  • Be able to demonstrate sales management experience, strong leadership qualities as well as a strong sales application.
  • Have a strong individual sales track record highlighting, where you have grown a business through organic revenue and new business opportunities.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Be a self starter, motivated, ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed!
  • Be able to work within the constraints of a large multinational organisation whilst maintaining a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
  • Be able to travel to the Greenwich office on a frequent basis.
