THE ROLE: You will be managing the field sales team of 4 sales engineers on a national basis. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for training, coaching and motivating the sales team. You will work with the team to identify any gaps in their sales process and provide support and up-skilling where necessary. You will put together sales quotes, set targets and KPIs for your team and ensure they have the necessary skills to achieve these targets.
THE PERSON:Ideally you will be an experienced Sales Manager within the security industry. Experience selling CCTV, Access Control and Intruder alarms would be a distinct advantage. You will have a genuine interest in coaching and mentoring a sales team. You will have strong commercial acumen and leadership qualities.

THE PACKAGE: Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Uncapped bonus scheme
