A rapidly growing division of a niche financial services company is looking for a Sales Manager to join its developing leadership structure.
Reporting directly to the MD, this is a role that will lead and develop the sales function, whilst also establishing itself as a commercial leader in the business.
Managing a team of new business professionals and an inside sales team, the role will be asked to review process and procedure and continue to motivate, drive and coach the team, leading them to achieving their targets and realising the exciting opportunity that the business has. In the longer term there is a visible and exciting career development path, potentially through to Directorship.
To apply to this role, you should be a tried and tested Sales professional who also has experience managing sales teams. You should be a commercially aware and entrepreneurial, harbouring ambitions to develop your career in Sales and wider Sales Leadership. You should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and you must be able to demonstrate a habit of over achievement against commercial targets, in a stable, permanently employed career history. Experience within financial services could be beneficial, but it is not essential.
The successful applicant will have gravitas, drive and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be positive, up beat and at all time be demonstrating well developed communication skills.
