Sales Manager, Home Based. £60,000 basic, £80,000 OTE + Car + Benefits.

This is an outstanding sales management opportunity working for a global market leading firm with in the construction and industrial sector.

The role is focusing on the leadership of the regional key account managers, where you will be responsible for defining sales targets, monitoring performance and developing long term plans to maintain and grow the existing client base.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the relationships of 5 national accounts with in the construction sector, where it will be essential to maintain the existing client relationships and maximise revenue. This role DOES NOT require industry experience, however, more importantly it needs a brilliant national account manager with outstanding leadership skills.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects and developed superb people management skills. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic market leading business… there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.
