Description

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • An ability to support the Sales and Market Leaders and the Business Unit Leaders
  • Develop a pipeline and maximise its conversion to projects that will provide increased gross margin and net client revenue.
  • Lead a sales culture programme, providing the Partner and Director community with a suite of training/workshops.
  • Use the relevant Management Information (MI) to support key opportunities and help identify market trends.
  • Lead the Salesforce coach community and engage additional operational/reporting support.
  • Pro-actively help to create a culture where staff at all levels feel confident around selling services.
  • Drive the sales agenda, developing market strategy and proposition development.
  • Facilitate an effective management of our priority accounts.
  • Support National Sales initiatives and programmes as required.
  • Willingness to travel and be present on key sites every week.
  • A strategic thinker, commercial & analytical.
  • Has ability to operate and influence at all levels across the business.
  • Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Personal Style and Motivation.
  • A self-starter, with the energy, determination and drive to succeed.
  • The ability to build relationships and communicate with a wide range of people.
