More About the Role

* The basic salary for the role is up to £32,000 pa with a realistic OTE of £60,000 in year one with top performing sales managers taking home £70,000!

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

* The ability to inspire and motivate high calibre sales professionals.

* Experience of leading sales professionals in a high activity sales role.

* Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle.

* A highly motivated attitude to targets.

* Goal orientated with a passion to succeed.

* Act with integrity at all times - placing the customer at the heart of all the decisions.

A Few Things About You

* 2-3 years team management experience in a high activity outbound environment.

* Experience of using coaching models to improve and drive performance.

* Evidence of success as a sales person prior to promotion.
