Sales Manager based in Weybridge.

The package for the below role is up to £150K uncapped OTE.

Comtact is a well-established, award winning and highly successful cyber security and IT managed Services provider with three offices in the UK. This includes a 24/7 Tier 3 Network Operations Centre which constantly monitors and unlocks the full potential out of clients' IT infrastructure.

The Sales Manager will manage and grow the existing sales team to execute the operational sales plan. The role will have responsibility for their clearly defined and very attainable sales targets. He/she will also need to lead by example through by providing 'hands on' leadership and support to the sales team on some of the largest clients and prospect accounts. The role will primarily be based in the Weybridge Sales & Marketing office with around 60% domestic travel.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Work with the CEO and MD to develop and manage a clear, structured and credible sales strategy.
  • Work with the sales team to develop client account plans and manage/forecast the sales pipeline. Improving team efficiency and governance.
  • Work with sales team to develop strong cross/up-selling opportunities and new business.
  • Utilise experience to review, amend, enhance and extend the portfolio of sales tools: bid tools, information bank, proposals and presentation. Working closely with Marketing.
  • Work with the other business functions, partners and supplies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through good service delivery.

Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience and success in a commercial sales leadership role within the IT industry with exposure to multiple products and solutions.
  • Has previously managed and lead a team of at least five people.
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full sales process from lead generation to installation and renewal.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills including at a senior level.
  • An influencer and leader within the team and organisation.
