The Role: The successful Sales Manager will be selling into national housebuilders at a senior level; you will be dealing with head office procurement staff and regional level technical and design contacts. Looking to develop new business as well as manage existing accounts, you will be selling on strong f&b including build time, labour costs and reduction of health and safety risks. Full training is provided along with excellent sales career prospects as they continue to grow further.
The Company: Established over 20 years ago and manufacturing a specialist range of building products, our client's materials are commonly specified on the most prestigious construction projects. This division manufactures a pre-insulated roof panel system, and they offer bespoke designs, supply and installation services; now seeking a new Sales Manager in the North of England.
For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
A track record of selling to national housebuilders at a senior level is essential
Sales of a heavyside or technical product is required
Driven and dynamic sales people with outstanding relationship building skills

£40,000 - £50,000 Base Salary
+ 20% Commission
