A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Executive within a very well established, growing organisation based in Central Bournemouth, who sell premium, collectable products.

As a Sales Executive, you will only call customers who have expressed an interest in the products on offer or who have bought previously. There is no cold calling involved; all new customer enquiries are generated through their own digital marketing campaigns. You will be the sole point of contact for your customer's and liaise with them throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
NO cold calling - all customers have made previous enquiries/purchases
- Maintaining relationships with your own customer base, speaking with them on a regular basis to discuss new products to add to their collection
- Managing the end to end sales process, ensuring to deliver high quality customer service to all customers and build excellent relationships with your customer accounts
- Explaining and upselling a range of premium products
- Negotiating with customers and closing sales to hit (and exceed) realistic targets
- Overcoming objections to achieve required KPIs
- Updating the CRM system and processing customer orders

Skills and Experience required:
- Previous sales experience required
- Good negotiator and confident closer
- Ability to overcome objections
- Self-motivated and driven
- Excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to customers and building rapport
- Money and target driven
