Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Executive, required for a small but forward thinking Vehicle  Accident Claims Management Company, based in West Midlands (Coleshill)

 

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive

 

Package: Basic Salary of £18k - £20k, dependent on experience with a potential OTE of £23k to £25k.

Job description

 

Our client is a small, thriving accident management company based in Coleshill. The company works in partnership with their customers, who will be Brokers, Claims Management Companies, Car Body Repairers, Garages, taxi Companies and other related industries involving use of vehicles.

 Your key role will be Telesales to the above customer base, in particular New Garage and Claims Management Referrers, to approach and then secure business from new potential customers. The sales approach is a relatively simple and straightforward scenario and initially one of your key aims will be to secure a further appointment for one of our clients senior sales team. Over time, your role will develop into closing the sale and could also develop into face to face field sales, if this is a route you wish to go down.

You will be primarily generating  new business  and  working within a small team of like-minded professionals.

 

Your responsibilities will include;

-Making Outbound calls.

-Lead Generation and Information Collation.

-Working to both call targets and sales targets.

-Making Customer account management / account maintenance calls.

This is a full time role and Hours of work are 9 am to 5 pm/ 5.30 pm.

 

A track record in Telesales business to business is essential, together with the ability to quickly form good relations with new clients. Client contact will be via telephone; therefore the successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to project their personality. 

Experience in Business to Business Telesales will be a great advantage.

Our offices are located in Coleshill, West Midlands.


This is a full time, permanent position, which offers a fulfilling career for the right candidate.

-      B2B Telesales / Inside Sales Experience.

-      Ideally sales experience in a related industry sector, however this is not a necessity as full training and support will be given.
