up to £18,000 basic with uncapped commission – realistic OTE between £21,000-£24,000 in 1st

Our client is proud to be 1 of 40 independently owned BT Partners and a division of the BT Local Business Group and is now looking for confident and motivated individuals with previous sales experience to join their growing and successful sales team in Preston. We would also love to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic with maybe little or no experience but who are looking to start a career in sales and feel with in depth training, could be proactive in generating new business and up selling to existing business.
In return they offer a competitive basic salary of up to £18,000 with an achievable an uncapped bonus structure with realistic 1st
year OTE's between £21k-£24k,. You will receive full training by the employer and genuine developmental opportunities as well as additional incentives throughout the year.

As a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a full range of BT products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and our client's competitive Calls and Lines packages as well as retaining and up selling to existing customers. In addition you will identify and create opportunities for the field based sales team who visit the customer base selling larger solutions including telephone systems, cloud based systems and Data solutions. THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate for the Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor role must be a self motivated and enthusiastic person who can be resilient and confident in making outbound calls, as well as someone who has an excellent telephone manner. You should be well organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. Although not essential, previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales would be an advantage as would an understanding or experience within the telecoms market. Candidates who are confident in speaking with people, mature and who can be self motivated will excel within this position! Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor's role in Preston, Lancashire :-
- Self-motivated and competitive personality
- Confident and ability to make outbound calls
- Previous outbound sales experience would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
- Although not essential, an understanding of telecoms market or previous experience in B2B sales would be desirable
