Sales Executive, ASCOT, £19,000 Basic, £35,000 OTE uncapped+ Benefits. Previous sales experience is not required. This is a fantastic Sales Executive/ Account Management role that simply requires Confidence, Positivity, Honesty, Drive and a Team Player.

Our market leading client based in Ascot is looking to expand their sales team due to their impressive growth over the last year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual who is looking to kickstart a long-term career in B2B sales. You will receive a structured training programme (product & sales training) fantastic benefits and a structured career path. You will be mentored by one of the companies most successful sales managers all throughout your employment. The main reason for creating these roles is to find their sales managers of the future!

This company see very few people leave and will only consider applications from individuals looking for a long-term opportunity. As an incentive to hit the ground running, the client is willing to provide and guarantee a generous basic salary of £30,000 for the first 3 months of employment to provide financial security and motivation.

This is NOT a telesales role and does NOT involve COLD CALLING. This is an internal Account Management / Customer Service role that require exceptional communication skills. If you are from a Customer Services background this would be highly advantageous.
