Sales Executive / Account Manager, Home based, Outdoor Leisure. South East/South West.

This is a true relationship management sales role that involves managing new and existing clients within the Outdoor Leisure industry. With a reputation for training, staff development and career opportunities - this company sees very few sales people leave. The role requires excellent commercial acumen, and an individual who understands the complexities of winning new clients and maintaining a portfolio of high spend accounts.

Experience selling home furnishings, outdoor leisure products or selling into Garden Centres is desired but not essential. Product knowledge is also not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

As this is a field sales role, the successful candidate will be given a fully expensed Audi A6 company car and fuel card. You will also be rewarded with a basic salary of £35,000, OTE £50,000 plus extensive corporate benefits including a phone, laptop, pension and private healthcare. The role is home based, covering the South and South East including Reading, Oxford, Luton, Bristol, Stevenage, Basingstoke, Bath and Canterbury.

This client boasts an impressive client portfolio and are well known in the outdoor leisure industry for providing the highest quality and calibre of products. As a result of sustained organic growth, they are recruiting an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join their UK sales team to cover the South and South East of England.

To be considered for this role you will be able demonstrate exceptional account management and business development skills with experience of working on long sales cycles, managing multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills.

This is a very flexible and autonomous role, where you will not be micro managed, but you will be expected to manage your own diary.
