Sales Executive / Account Manager. Based Northampton
£35,000 Basic + Bonus/Commission + Excellent Benefits & Training programme.

This role is working in a truly fascinating industry for the global market leader as an international sales account manager. Your key accounts will operate across almost every industry sector including fashion brands, automotive, footwear manufacturers, apparel, home furnishings, jewellery, aviation……The list goes on. This company have very little competition therefor the role is solely focussed on developing existing key accounts. Their reputation has been built on first class service delivery. This role will require frequent client visits and some international travel. This role requires no previous sector experience, my client is simply looking for the very best Sales Account Manager.

I would suggest this is the perfect role for an individual frustrated by the daily, unremitting drive for new business and new clients - And is now looking for a role that is more consultative and strategic account management focussed. This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.

To be considered for this role you will be able demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
