Sales Executive

They have become one of the fastest growing collectables businesses in the UK and pride themselves on the service they deliver to their customers and the high-quality products they are able to provide to them.

Sales Executive role:

As a Sales Executive you will not be cold calling; instead, you will speak to customers who have already made an enquiry or have bought from them before. You will liaise with customers to gain an understanding of their current collections, or the motivations behind starting a collection, so that you are able to describe, upsell and cross sell new product ranges relevant to them.

The ideal candidate should be driven and self-motivated with an excellent telephone manner. You will join a motivating team and receive a competitive basic in addition to uncapped commission and incentives. Additionally, they are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to progress into an Account Manager role.

Experience within sales / working to targets would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- NO COLD CALLING
- Liaising with existing customers to understand their motivations and requirements
- Informing customers of new products and explaining the benefits of adding them to their collections
- Upselling and cross selling product ranges
- Processing customer orders
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Working to realistic targets

Required Skills and Experience:

Although it would be advantageous, no experience within sales is required (they provide full training and support), instead, they are looking for the right attitude and a keenness to develop a career within sales, therefore, ideal attributes include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking
- Keen, quick learner
- Self-motivated
- Money and target focussed
