Sales Executive role:
You will liaise with existing customers (no cold calling) to understand their motivations and requirements in order to be able to describe, upsell and cross sell new product ranges relevant to them.

They are looking for an experienced salesperson with a confident telephone manner. In return you will be part of a very motivating team working to extremely realistic targets and receive a competitive basic and uncapped commission.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with existing customers to understand their motivations and requirements
- Advise customers of new products, explain the benefits of owning them
- Upsell and cross selling product ranges
- Process customer orders through the in-house system
- Negotiate and close sales
- Work to realistic targets
- Keep the CRM system updated

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a sales environment
- Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Hard working and target driven
- Able to spot opportunities and maximise sales
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Self-motivated
