This company is a family owned business with over 45 years' experience selling the leading brands in the industry. Their Rushden based sales centre offers one of the largest showroom displays of caravans in the country and their business has grown with a loyal customer support. They are looking to recruit a full time Caravan Sales Executive to join their team at Rushden, Northamptonshire to sell new and used Caravans.

Experience of Caravan sales is not essential as you will receive full training, however you must be used to working in a direct sales environment.

The successful sales executive will have the ability and understanding to look after customers from the initial enquiry through to handover and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded. You should be able to walk your customers through the sales process in a confident and thoughtful way, but have the strength to close the sale and complete the process and offer the highest standard of service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive ability to follow up leads
- Highly motivated to achieve targets and objectives
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Good administration ability

Benefits
- Hours: 6 days a week (Wednesday is a non-working day)
- Sunday Rota
- Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
- Salary: £35k OTE (Basic £19400.00)
