The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a Sales Executive based in Doncaster to sell property investment services for a one stop estate agency service. £21K base, quarterly commission, realistic OTE £35-41K, free parking.

Brief job description:  

Our client is a one stop property shop” – covering lettings, sales, rent to but and other great property investment opportunities. They offer a comprehensive range of services to their clients covering property investments and introductions to all the other professional services they would need such as finance brokers and legal experts.  

The role will principally focus on the rent to buy sector, whereby a tenant rents for an agreed timescale but with the intention of ultimately purchasing the property. You will be selling the services to landlords and prospective rent to buy tenants and all the leads are warm, so this is not a cold calling sales role, but the ability to be able to close at the end of the day is important. However, whilst telephone sales experience would be useful, it is not essential, but a positive attitude and desire for success in a sales environment is vital. 

There is an excellent working environment, coupled with the opportunity to generate significant on target earnings. Also, if you have an interest in developing your own personal property portfolio at some point, free training and mentoring worth £50K is available to the successful candidate. It is not essential to be interested in property, but if you are this facility is available. 

Working hours are 5 days out of 7, with a maximum 2 weekends per month, for example in February it would be one weekend and an additional Saturday. Weekday hours cover 9am-10pm with two 10pm finishes each week; weekend hours are 9am-6pm. There is some flexibility on start and finish times for the successful candidate to accommodate family circumstances such as childcare.
