Sales Representative - Tobacco and Tobacco Alternative Products - Torquay

The Role of Sales Representative:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to establish themselves as a salesperson within a large organisation who can offer stability and training with the opportunity of a great long-term career.

  • Sales Representatives will operate in a defined geographical area and will be responsible for selling additional stock of tobacco and tobacco alternative products to independent retail, CTN and symbol group outlets.
  • You will carry stock and call upon a high number of retailers each week to ensure high levels of distribution and brand building within retail partner stores.
  • This is a sales role where you will be required to increase availability of products immediately within customer stores and ensure high levels of customer service at all times.

The Person:

  • To be successful in the role of Sales Representative you will have an outgoing personality, be a great communicator who is able to influence others.
  • You will have experience in customer facing environments whether that be working within retail as a store or department manager or indeed being in the field as a merchandiser or current sales person from any industry.
  • We need hard working, dedicated individuals who are focussed on success and who are great team players.
  • The Sales Representative role comes with lots of opportunity to progress within a realistic timescale into more senior positions such as Territory Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Must have a strong maths ability to be able to calculate profit on return etc

The Package:

  • Basic: £27,000 plus £3,000 London weighting where appropriate
  • Bonus: 30% annual available upon achieving targets
  • Equipment: Company van for business use, laptop, mobile phone
