Steps to Work is an established Employment and Training Provider within the West Midlands. We have the following vacancy within our current BRIDGES project.
£27,000 per annum
37 hours per week.
Fixed term to December 2021
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and outgoing individual to join the Bridges team at Steps to Work. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating opportunities for Bridges participants including employment and training opportunities. The role will involve developing new business relationships and account managing key existing employer and training provider relationships. We are looking for a highly driven individual with previous experience of B2B relationship management, business development, along with a track record of developing strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Through the Bridges project Steps to Work helps the hardest to reach in our communities. As part of this team you will play a pivotal role in changing the lives of others.
