Sales Executive – £25,975 OTE + Benefits – Petersfield, Hampshire

The Role

Greem Team Interiors are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to use their excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a flair for design, to find and close new business and develop and retain existing customer accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career with a dynamic and rapidly growing interior landscaping company!

The key responsibilities of a Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Promoting and selling to our products to businesses which involves canvassing direct to them, making approaches, presenting our product and closing sales
  • Taking positive action to develop new sales and relationship-building skills, thus increasing personal effectiveness and productivity
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality calls to ensure that our brand is represented accurately and professionally
  • Recording and passing on accurate details of sales opportunities to the Management team
  • Working towards and achieving monthly targets (both team and individual)

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Executive:

  • Must have previous relevant experience – preferably selling contract, design-based services B2B – and a passion for plants, green matters, sustainability and biophilia
  • A strong work ethic, high levels of resilience, rejection/objection handling, and a structured mentality to sales across multiple verticals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Strong organisation skills, competent IT skills, and meticulous in their organisation of data
  • Numerate, articulate, computer literate and a quick thinker with high energy levels
  • Highly motivated, independent minded but also a team player, possessing honesty, integrity and a sense of fun
