Focussing primarily on following up warm leads/inbound enquiries, the successful candidate will be responsible for building long term relationships and managing a range of their own accounts. Therefore, this role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong consultative sales approach.
To apply you will have 6 - 12 months experience in sales, preferable with in estate agency/property sector and enjoy nurturing and developing accounts. Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
