Our inbound sales team speak to potential customers who are making enquiries about our services. It's our job to ensure that they are fully informed of the value UW has to offer and the advantages of having their utilities with an award-winning business.
You'll need to be a people person, with great customer service skills and experience of working in a contact centre/telephone based role. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to build rapport with potential customers and be willing to go the extra mile in order to win the customers business.
