The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or at least 12 months B2B sales experience liaising with decision makers. It is beneficial if the individual has experience in a telesales position selling financial services or an industry similar, but not essential.
As a person, you will be self-disciplined, money motivated and hungry to work in an environment where your potential to earn is entirely uncapped.
Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.
