The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or at least 12 months B2B sales experience liaising with decision makers. It is beneficial if the individual has experience in a telesales position selling financial services or an industry similar, but not essential.

As a person, you will be self-disciplined, money motivated and hungry to work in an environment where your potential to earn is entirely uncapped.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation.
