JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

SALARY & BENEFITS: OTE £40k - £65k (genuine potential earnings, including basic annual salary)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (but this may vary in start and finish times between 08:00 and 18:00) . Plus one day per weekend from 09:00 to 17:00 (but this may vary in start and finish times between 08:00 and 17:00)

THE COMPANY: Our client was established in 1982 and is the market leader and the UK's Number One cherished number plate dealership. An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sales Executives to join their busy and dynamic team based in Dunstable.

THE ROLE: The successful Sales Executive will be responding to both outgoing and incoming telephone enquiries generated by my client's extensive marketing campaigns, the objective is to sell personal vehicle registration numbers to maintain its position as market leader. Please note, there is no cold calling involved in this role.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive role is to include:-

• Maximise sales by the effective handling of customer enquiries using positive listening, questioning, influencing and negotiating techniques to best match customers’ requirements.
• Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are handled in a timely and professional manner to meet / exceed targets for levels of productivity and performance in the call centre
• Deliver quality customer service, by ensuring that customers’ needs are identified, met and exceeded wherever possible

THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant for the Sales Executive will be confident, self-motivated as well as a good team player. You must have excellent communication skills and the commitment to ensure a continued success for my client. Ideally you will live within a commutable distance to Dunstable.

Key skills and experience for the Sales Executive role:-

• Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
• Sound customer service skills
• Experience of selling within a call centre environment would be an advantage, however full training can be provided
