At our branch in Fulwood, Preston we operate a number of market leading recruitment websites in the Law, Automotive and Aviation industries, to name a few.
We are now looking for a strong sales executive, with a proven track record of over achievement to join our Aviation Job Search team.
Day to day duties to include:
- Research own leads and cold call businesses to sell recruitment solutions
- Consultative selling and creating packages to suit the customer needs
- Generate your own pool of subscription clients as well as one off customers and chasing for repeat business.
- Attend face to face meetings where needed to solidify the deal.
- Hitting daily and monthly KPI's such as call times and Revenue.
This is a 100% new business role and would suit a sales person with a hunter mentality. You will be eager to get through the gatekeeper, sell consultatively, hit targets and earn commission. Many of your clients will be based overseas so you will be very clear and articulate on the phone.
We promote from within and as such, we are always on the lookout for high calibre, enthusiastic and money hungry individuals to join our team and sell our recruitment solution to employers all over the world.
In return for your experience and hard work you will be rewarded with a fantastic salary which ranges from £18-£21 DOE. On top of this you will be offered an uncapped commission structure meaning you are in charge of how much you can earn. Your good performance will be regularly rewarded with incentives, days out, nights out and awards. Also, as this is an international business there is the opportunity to travel to international events and exhibitions!
