This is an office-based role based in Bournemouth

Salary: £21,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Due to further growth of the business, a great Bournemouth based company are looking for an additional Sales Executive to join their team. You will have your own database of existing customers to nurture and grow; you will discuss new products with them, upsell, cross sell and negotiate in order to achieve very realistic targets and KPIs.

This role involves NO cold calling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

NO cold calling - all customers have made previous enquiries/purchases

- Manage your own client accounts, build up rapport, understand their requirements and discuss new products to add to their collections
- Contact and develop lapsed client accounts to generate sales
- Grow your client base through taking on new, very warm leads generated through the Company's marketing campaigns
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process including processing sales orders
- Explain and upsell a range of premium products exclusive to the Company
- Negotiate with customers and close sales to hit (and exceed) realistic targets
- Overcome objections to achieve required KPIs
- Update the CRM system and process customer orders
- Maximise every sales opportunity

Skills and Experience required:

- Previous sales experience required
- Confident communicator with experience of negotiating and closing sales
- Ability to overcome objections
- Able to work to (and exceed) targets and KPIs
- Target and money driven
- Self-motivated

Salary and Benefits:

In addition to working within modern offices based in Central Bournemouth with great public transport links and being a part of a driven, motivated team, you will receive:
