Major London Attractions seeks a Sales & Events Executive to work with their varied event space, selling a range of interesting event spaces – this is a high profile company that have been established for 30+ years and constantly invest in new products and refurbishments.

This is a varied and busy role which will include : 

-          working with corporate and travel trade clients on private hire business

-         researching new potential clients

-         developing new sales opportunities for the company

-         discussing meals, refreshments and any equipment needed – the company work with a wide range of clients including media, government, banking, charities and fashion

-          account manage existing clients including corporate, 3rd party agencies and business partners

-          preparing event quotations and monitor outcome of enquiries

-          liaise with internal departments to ensure all event information communicated incl operations, F & B, finance

-          work as part of the team who launch new products throughout the year

-          host viewings, fam trips and entertain clients 

Sales & Events Executive candidates should have experience in : 

-          sales and event management

-          negotiation skills

-          customer service experience e- on the phone and face to face

-          experience of managing event budgets and costings

-          excellent PC skills and diary management systems

-          database experience

-          fluency in English – a 2nd language useful

-          not be a clock watcher – sometimes you may need to attend evening events and entertain clients
