Major London Attractions seeks a Sales & Events Executive to work with their varied event space, selling a range of interesting event spaces - this is a high profile company that have been established for 30+ years and constantly invest in new products and refurbishments.
This is a varied and busy role which will include :
-working with corporate and travel trade clients on private hire business
-researching new potential clients
-developing new sales opportunities for the company
-discussing meals, refreshments and any equipment needed - the company work with a wide range of clients including media, government, banking, charities and fashion
-account manage existing clients including corporate, 3rd party agencies and business partners
-preparing event quotations and monitor outcome of enquiries
-liaise with internal departments to ensure all event information communicated incl operations, F & B, finance
-work as part of the team who launch new products throughout the year
-host viewings, fam trips and entertain clients
Sales & Events Executive candidates should have experience in :
-sales and event management
-customer service experience e- on the phone and face to face
-experience of managing event budgets and costings
-excellent PC skills and diary management systems
-fluency in English - a 2nd language useful
-not be a clock watcher - sometimes you may need to attend evening events and entertain clients
