Key responsibilities:

As part of the Sales Engineering team, you will be working alongside our sales team to identify and onboard clients onto our product. You will be supporting the sales team to deliver technical presentations and explaining the product to prospective clients, as well as playing an active part in client RFPs and Proof of Concepts.

Our aim is to provide a world class customer experience, therefore we are looking for a candidate who can work with our clients to provide technical advice and work with their technical teams to seamlessly integrate our product into their workflow.

As part of the Sales Engineering team you will play a key role in building an online community of product users and provide excellent product support by diagnosing and investigating issues and finding solutions. To do this you will have the full support of our Engineering team to escalate more advanced or complex issues to.

As well as creating client and developer documentation, you will also be working closely with the Product Team to help create a positive onboarding experience for the client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys taking ownership of issues and enjoys working closely with and building relationships with clients.

What skills, experience and qualifications we require:

You will need excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to be able to clearly articulate issues as to provide step-by- step technical support to clients. You will also have ideally been working in a client-facing role.

Experiencing of writing code (C#, Python or Java) is required, however we are very happy to develop someone in this area to get them to the level required for the role. You will be working alongside highly experienced engineers who are happy to provide training for you on the job in any areas in which you require support. We want to bring onboard people who are genuinely excited about what we are doing and have the capability and willingness to grow and learn from their colleagues.

Experience of working in an Asset Management firm, Third Party Administrator or a Custodian would be highly valuable.
