Sales Enablement is the on-going approach to improve sales productivity by equipping all customer facing employees with the ability to consistently have valuable & successful conversations with the right mix of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer's buying life cycle to help address their problems and achieve their desired outcomes. We engage, empower and equip our sales people with the skills, techniques and insights to win our customers’ confidence, business and loyalty.

This position is vital to design and deliver effective sales capability/behavioural training typically to our sales professionals who are responsible for multi-million pound B2B accounts/deals. They will influence and enable the L&D strategy, which in turn supports the performance goals, objectives and sales targets of the units. This includes support and conducting face-to-face training with flexibility and travel to support the Americas, UK, Europe, and Asia as needed.

The Consultant is an expert in delivering and embedding sales methodologies and sales behaviours. They are able to challenge existing mind-sets and improve the capability of sales professionals so they are equipped to do their job brilliantly.

The role holder should be an expert in the world of business, including financial and markets trends, industry best practice.
They will be an experienced (and ideally certified) sales learning professional with over five years’ experience doing this in a B2B sales context. They will be a true learning professional, who understands the Psychology of learning and is active in the learning industry. They can plan and deliver bespoke training, demonstrating outstanding leadership and sales behaviours whilst executing top quartile training interventions that is comparable of that from an external supplier. They will be in the top tranche of our training delivery team by the nature of what they deliver and who they deliver this to.

To support your development and the business objectives, you will undergo continuous training. You do not need to join our team as an expert, but you must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and skills. We will fully support your development by providing real-world on-the-job training, sponsored certifications, mentors and coaches, and professional development training.

What you'll be doing

* Reinforce and enable the sales teams to be able to use the Corporate Visions training

* Analyse and prioritize appropriate methods for each team depending on the outcome of fluency assessments, other insight and central programs that require training.

* Delivery of Sales Development learning both in the physical and virtual classrooms based in the Americas or other locations as determined over the year.

* To partner L&D/HR/Sales Enablement colleagues to understand local Business Unit (BU) capability agendas

* Ensure that L&D/HR/Sales Enablement are involved (as appropriate) understand and are equipped to play their part effectively

* Support, coach and mentor all levels of sales people, including Directors / Senior Leaders to help embed learning programmes and be effective at a team level and 121 as defined and agreed locally.

Deep understanding of Sales methodology/development and associated behavioural psychology


Facilitation of Sales Methodology/ behavioural development programmes at Director/Head of Level/Senior Sales


Strong Learning design skills: building memorable and effective learning, maybe working with internal designers as appropriate


A strong track record of delivering on sales targets and coaching individuals/teams


Writing skills: Ability to write engaging comms in clear/clean English


Producing reports: Able to present data and outcomes in clearly, concisely and with impact
