Description

1. RETAIL SALES

*

Achieve required productivity & KPI goals set by the Company as communicated by the brands

*

Set and achieve by door/by brand monthly retail targets.

*

Establish a clear plan in order to achieve area monthly targets back into brands annual goals.

*

Drive retail sales and productivity across all doors through the engagement, motivation and education of Space NK in-store experts.

*

Accelerate customer recruitment through in-store events, beauty rooms and selling days.

*

Grow market share. Analyse multi-brand business in each door against brand objectives including awareness of competitor activity and rankings.

*

Plan and execute by door/by brand activity programme tailored around the brands marketing calendars and Space NK promotional activity.

*

Ensure adequate stock levels in all doors, feedback to Head Office on low stocks and stock gaps based on customer needs and feedback.

*

Cascade the brands strategy and marketing calendars to Store Managers and in-store teams

1. COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT

*

Coach and develop the in-store Space NK teams across all brands to deliver a high touch customer experience through in-store selling and education days.

*

Engage & educate the in-store teams to drives sales & achieve daily set goals post in-store coaching days.

*

Coach in-store teams in brand storytelling, Hero SKU sound-bites & multi-branded high touch consultations.

*

Execute in-store booster meetings with each account to train on new product launches and marketing calendar activity.

*

Execute in-store events, motivate Space NK Teams to deliver outside of your visits.

*

Engage and educate head office and customer services teams on each brands story, point of difference and hero products.

*

Run quarterly education sessions for Space NK Managers and in-store advisors.

*

Be accountable for developing and managing your own customer relationships in your accounts using the tools provided by Space NK and the brands.

*

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, communicating and educating this to the customer to meet their needs and expectations

1. TIME MANAGEMENT

*

Establish a comprehensive journey plan which applies a top down approach to ensure the greatest return on investment.

*

Minimum of 3 in-store coaching/selling days per week.

*

Minimum of 2 in-store events per area per month.

*

Co-ordinate store visits with brand marketing calendars and promotional activity.

1. COLLABORATION

*

Develop strong relationships and work effectively with all areas of the Space NK Business including Store Management, in-store advisors, Space NK head office and customer service teams.

*

Help colleagues and team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required

*

Communicate relevant information to brand sales & marketing teams.
